Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern the access and use of the NetWarth Platform (“NetWarth,” “the Platform,” “we,” “our,” “us”), which includes our websites https://netwarth.in, https://netwarth.com and the NetWarth mobile applications (Android & iOS). By registering with or using NetWarth’s services, you (“User,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
This Agreement is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. It does not require physical or digital signatures.
I. USING OUR SERVICES
  1. By accessing or registering on NetWarth, you accept these Terms as legally binding.
  2. We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
  3. You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  4. You may not:
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify our Services or code.
  • Upload malware, bots, or harmful code.
  • Probe or tamper with our security systems.
  • Use the Platform in a fraudulent or misleading manner.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, and we may notify law enforcement where necessary.
II. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
  1. You must be 18 years or older, of sound mind, and an Indian resident under FEMA, 1999, to use the Platform. Minors may only use the Platform under parental/guardian supervision.
  2. You must register using a valid mobile number or email address and authenticate via password, OTP, or third-party authentication services.
  3. You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
III. SERVICES OFFERED
NetWarth provides:
  • Financial literacy tools (calculators, learning modules, insights).
  • Gamified education through simulations and board-game mechanics.
  • Portfolio tracking, expense planning, and budgeting tools.
  • Research, opinions, and educational content (not investment advice).
You understand that:
  • NetWarth does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Information is for educational purposes only.
  • You must independently evaluate risks before making any financial or investment decisions.
  • NetWarth is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on Platform content.
IV. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & PARTNERS
  1. NetWarth may integrate with third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, learning modules).
  2. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms, and NetWarth will not be liable for their actions, negligence, or service failures.
  3. Offers or promotions by third parties are governed by their own conditions, and NetWarth is not liable for disputes.
V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  1. All content on NetWarth, including software, graphics, calculators, educational content, and trademarks, are protected intellectual property owned or licensed by NetWarth (Anurag Baghel).
  2. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform except for personal, non-commercial use.
VI. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
  • Use the Platform in compliance with Indian laws (IT Act, 2000, AML guidelines, etc.).
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify NetWarth immediately in case of unauthorized account use.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
VII. COMMUNICATION & CONSENT
  1. By registering, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications for service, security, and promotional purposes.
  2. You may opt out of promotional communication by writing to os1@netwarth.in.
VIII. PRIVACY & DATA USE
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the NetWarth Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described therein.
IX. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetWarth, its proprietor, officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
  • Your misuse of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Any infringement of intellectual property or applicable laws.
X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  1. The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  2. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose.
  3. NetWarth is not liable for:
  4. Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.
  5. Unauthorized access or breaches beyond reasonable security measures.
  6. Loss of profits, savings, or consequential damages from use of the Platform.
  7. Maximum liability of NetWarth (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid by you for accessing the specific service in question.
 
XI. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
  3. Disputes not resolved amicably within 15 days will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, and proceedings will be in English.
XII. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  • Force Majeure: NetWarth is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, regulatory orders).
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior consent.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
